我也是用英文版本.
Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> Details -> Add -> Chinese (PRC), Keyboard Layout可以可以选择QuanPin-> OK.
此时在右下角应该会看到CH字样.
按Shift+Alt之后就可以输入中文字体了.

I am familar to Wu Bi (a kind of Chinese Input software), since most of Chinese software can not work with English version Windows, i am thinking about pinyin input (but my pinyin is not good enough, sometimes, it can not catch my FAST-FLOWING mind) .
