法国老人这个问题严重，令人担忧，我怎么觉得中国人没这么严重的问题。我父亲和姥姥都是到90岁以上才离开，他们都没这个问题。
好在听说现在在这方面的研究有进展。
我总觉得搞我们这种需要费脑的工作很可能有助于防止这个问题。

是啊. 似乎老年健忘症比率以前在中国并不太大. But the situation may have changed with people's change in diet in addition to other ills that accompany modern lifestyles, for example obesity.
Frank posted a link on the importance of healthy eating; but the argument was mostly out of consideration of looking good - 我觉得文章歪打正着了

年龄越小越容易形成永久性记忆，所以学语言要从小抓起。
不过，遗忘也不完全是件坏事。它可以使人忘却令人伤心、痛苦的事情。有些人遇到失恋之类的事情后不能自拔，一方面的原因就是记忆功能太强（我说的也许是歪理 ）。这就是为什么人们常说“时间是治愈伤痕的良药”的道理。

我说的是互相有关的两件事：记忆与遗忘。再晚恋总不能都等到年老了再恋。:D 当然，我不反对老年人的黄昏恋。
