Подскажите ресурс, где можно узнать про часовые пояса и обозначения - GMT, PST, CET etcetera etcetera, чего к чему прибавлять или наоборот...

А еще - кликните дважды на часиках в правом нижнем углу Dec 11, 2003

Вашего экрана. Появится окошко, на второй карточке которого Вы найдете выпадающее меню со всеми часовыми поясами относительно Гринвича. И крупные города каждого пояса там тоже отмечены.

С GMT-то вроде бы ясно, но меня интересует как раз временная разница различных систем - PST (Pacific Standard Time), CET (Central European Time) и сколько их там еще не знаю - по отношению к Гринвичу или еще чему. А то заказчики время указывают в часах, а находятся кто где. Можно вычислить по городу, но все равно интересно...
