False beliefs can interfere with being professional

I'm unclear how relinquishing "superstitions" or conventional wisdom is a hallmark of professionalism. I don't see any correlation.
If you hold strong beliefs that are not based on facts or science, they can interfere with your professionalism.
For example, if you believe in the superstition that only people with a green-coloured antler on their head can be good translators, and you happen to be a project manager, and a capable translator with a pink-coloured antler and a dud translator with a green-coloured antler apply to you for work, you will give the work to the dud, which will compromise professionalism.

ANY person in the world who is religious (rather a lot I'd say) cannot be professional?

If their religious superstitions are contrary to the demands of professionalism, then clearly they can't be professional.

Since they endorse this "superstition" (although it's not a superstition) as evidenced by the pamphlet I linked to.

Could be, but it would be better to ask them.

Trolling is also unprofessional in professional forums

This thread is about "PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF PROFESSIONALISM"
When some translators full of resentment try to highjack a forum thread to fight their personal battles in favour of the corrupted concept of Nativeness we face a typical case of unprofessional behaviour.
Please don't use these forums to show everyone your frustration. Stop bullying other people just because they believe in things you don't like.
