Then in 2004 back in France I became manager of a jewelry shop managing a 4 people team and still having connection to Germany. As life doesn't follow a continuous and quiet linear path, the shop was closed down for economical reasons and I made up my mind to change my professional life and work as a freelance translator mainly specialized from German to French translations.

My family has remained based in France, and I have been permanently back in France since 2006. From Jan 2008 to July this year I worked full-time for Dell Computers in Montpellier as Online Business Manager (English/French/Spanish).
Outside of my IT/business specialisation, I particularly enjoy academic translation and reviewing - it's tough but it's satisfying!

After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I lived for 15 years in the Netherlands where I worked and was actively involved in various training courses.
My work experiences in the Netherlands also required as a pre-requisite the knowledge of the English language. In 2002 I returned to Italy where I still practice my profession with great passion.
My life and work experience abroad has helped me to enhance my social skills and competences, gaining good ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
Organisational skills and competences:
Speed and accuracy in performing tasks, flexibility, ability to deal with the unexpected as a result of being working on my own since 1998.

I took oath before the Dutch Court of Alkmaar in 1999 where I have been added to the list of sworn Dutch-Italian translators.
I was also added to the list of sworn Dutch-Italian translators with the Court of Rotterdam in 2007 and of Amsterdam in 2012.
In 2009 I was added to the list of sworn Dutch-Italian translators with the National register of sworn translators in the Netherlands (Bureau BTV).
