Depending on what understanding you had (especially the contract but also standard rules and practices where you and they operate), the agency may be entitled to a free correction or price reduction on account of any real issues. The problem here is to what extent a translation — as opposed to 'TEP', i.e. translation + editing + proofreading — should be a final and finished product with nothing to correct. Also, with regard to style, the problem is that imperfections are often technically errors, but such errors are made by everybody all the time, so deducting anything on their account in a normal commercial job would be absurd.

Unfortunately, it's probably harder to push a claim that they should only use sufficiently qualified proofreaders and other QA people so that you don't have to answer mere guesses and wrong ideas without being paid extra for the time involved wherever the problem results from the QA person's insufficient knowledge and not from any shortcoming in your work.

Dealing with insufficiently qualified QA people is frustrating, but yeah, even if they are underqualified any real issues they find are still real issues. So for example when an amateur who barely speaks the language still manages to complain about an advanced stylistic issue and be right on the merits, then that's still a real issue which needs to be addressed. Pretty much the same as when a student corrects a professor and just happens to be right, then the student is still right and the professor is still wrong. It's just that students shouldn't normally be used to grade professors.
