From time to time I notice that this or that company (usually with a pile of red 1 ranks) receives the notice: "This company has been banned from posting". The violations are many and egregious. Yet several weeks or months later, I notice that the "banned from posting" has been lifted and they seem to be back in the good graces of proz.com despite their violations. What is the process involved in lifting the ban? Do translators have any input in this return to grace? Would like to know.
