Not enough money in my wallet?

Hello,

I am new to ProZ but I just tried to bid for a job which requirements I met and I got the following message:
“You cannot submit a quote
You currently do not have enough money in your ProZ.com wallet to submit a quote. Your options:…”
Can anyone explain to me what it means as I was under the impression that you could subscribe for free?

I cannot find the relevant thread for now, however ProZ decided some months ago that quoting on jobs by non-paying users would cost USD 1 per quote.

This has little to do with the registration on ProZ, which is basically free.
