Anyone know how to claim Spanish witholding tax on Dividends

There seems to be no way to do this without employing a Spanish Tax Representative to deposit the claim in person

But the only company in the UK who has associate in Spain and used to try and reclaim the witholding tax ...has found Spain wont cough up so they have stopped doung so

The form 210 is bad enough and the fact that the dividend notices supplies by Equiniti or Computershare Registrars are not acceptable to Spain either
