The Times of India thing sounds like a hoax (do they have April Fool's Day in India?) Their website uses capital I.

I hope you know what a pronoun is.

TOI uses the small i for the pronoun I not anywhere else. Did you read my first post in which I have explained why they took this decision?

(I'm sure Phil does too!)

And indeed he's right and they are not capitalizing the "I"s (pronouns) on their website.

"my apparent involvement in betting is complete nonsense and I have never bet on any cricket match ever"

"I'm just sick of people making stupid assumptions as to why I wasn't there in India by his side during the time of judgment, why I'm silent, why am I posting pictures on Instagram acting all happy and all that other bullSh*t."
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/bollywood/news-interviews/I-dont-want-to-be-a-part-of-Bollywood-anymore-Trishala/articleshow/20458563.cms

(The first "I" isn't highlighted, being at the start of the sentence).

Seems like the TOI aren't that gung-ho about this lowercase "i" malarkey!
