It's mostly an article about the Chinese-descent actor Alessandro Dong, who plays a role in the series.

There's a blurb in there that gives a summary of what the TV series is about - immigrants having to face prejudice from society while struggling to make a living. I'd say what was said about the series was mostly favorable though.

The article is about the Chinese child-star, Alessandro Dong.

It is, I would say, favourable about the series, in that Alessandro's presence in it is helping to promote certain positive ideals, such as integration into mainstream society and a harmonious society.
