大陆有中文译名,港台没有中文译名,如何处理?

最近翻译一个英文药品类文件，客户要求同时翻译为简体中文和繁体中文（香港、台湾），并相应调整术语。

里面出现不少新药，大陆是有中文译名的，如氟马泽尼、氟达拉滨等，我查了一下，港台地区似乎对新药直接引用英文名，很少翻译。

我想问问港台同仁，如果我翻译为氟马泽尼、氟达拉滨之类的，你们习惯吗？

Anexate is the trade name of Flumazenil.


The generic name, Fludarabine, is translated as 氟达拉滨 in China. It seems that it has no official Chinese translation in Taiwan. However, its trade name, Fludara®, does have an official translation (福達樂) in Taiwan.

As for the translation of Flumazenil, I cannot find its official (or commonly used) translation in Hong Kong.

Trade names are more likely to have Chinese translations in HK and Taiwan Sep 26, 2008

Trade names are more likely to have Chinese translations in Hong Kong and Taiwan than generic names.

我想最"專業"的處理方式，應該是找具備所需能力的本地人來做localization吧? 不是本地人的話，始終不能翻出地道的用詞。
