that's not translation.Lots of places can provide this type service. Not sure how you convert Chinese text into 中國盲文。

that is how it is called.

My impression is that Braille is the same system across the world. If that is true, they may just need to distribute the Braille version they have develpoed to the Chinese population.

Do you think there is a kind of Braile specially for the Chinese?

and I think I am wrong. Looks likes it's Pinyin but expressed in Braille dots.

So the process involves two phases: (1) translation from E->C; (2) transcription from C-> Braille dots.
