Hi, I understand that I should have received the invitation to access the online platform already. I registered and paid for the training seminar a week ago.

Hi NataliaRossi,

As I can see it from the training registration data your training status is "registered but not paid yet". May I ask you to submit a support request at http://www.proz.com/support/ and let em know the following: the payment method you used to purchase the session, amount and currency, transaction ID if there are any. This will help me to look further into the issue. Thanks!
