I would be grateful if anyone can clarify if the "Certified Pro" badge given by Proz has been officially authorised as compliant with European quality standard EN-15038:2006, the specific European standard for translation services, and if so, what body gave this authorisation.
I am not clear about this because EN-15038 only applies to translation service providers. Proz.com is not a translation service provider.
