I have submitted a support ticket but am literally desperate here so also trying the forums. I am locked out of my control panel and webmail. When I log into my webmail using my usual username and password, I get an error message: ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT "INBOX"
Reason Given: Unable to open this mailbox.

I have submitted a support ticket but am literally desperate here so also trying the forums. I am locked out of my control panel and webmail. When I log into my webmail using my usual username and password, I get an error message: ERROR: Could not complete request.

I also tried to log into my control panel, but non of my passwords work using my hosting username, and when I tried to submit a request for a new password it says it sent a code to my e-mail... nothing has arrived in any of my other mail accounts (gmail, etc.), so I am stuck! I have been traveling and received several disk usage warnings from my control panel, but thought it was enough to keep my mailbox cleaned out- obviously my mail is being stored or copied elsewhere on my hosting account and taking up space.
Can someone PLEASE help me get into my control panel? And fix whatever is wrong? There's no way I can wait several hours for Proz business hours to open!
Just a follow-up here to comment on my total frustration. Cannot get a response from support staff besides "passing this on to someone who can help" for the last several hours. As a paying member for many years I am frustrated and disappointed.
My issue is urgent and languishing in cyber space. I am seriously considering leaving Proz hosting and membership after this experience.
In the meantime if anyone has any advice on how to get into my Control Panel it would be mo... See more

Hello Jennifer,
As explained in staff replies to your support requests, the issue you report has already been referred to the staff member in charge of hosting issues and it will be addressed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please check my last reply to your first support request where I ask for some information from you to help us to look into this further and some guidelines to reset your password to see if that works.
