Trados 2011 - Unable to save target as Word file

Hello everyone,

I've looked through many topics in this forum but wasn't able to find a solution. I have delivered the uncleaned files and the updated TM but my clean files are past deadline.

When I click "Save as Target" the Trados Studio 2011 offers me only .xliff format. This is really frustrating.
