FLEXim licence handler (as far as I know) is in the Freelance download batch, so you will have to download the big chunck first.
And I would assume you could purchase a CDROM to spare the trouble with slow lines. | | | Sandrine Zérouali Algérie Local time: 10:52 Membre (2008) espagnol vers français + ... AUTEUR DU FIL I download everything | Dec 28, 2008 |

Hello Sandrine,
The activation code you were provided is used to activate both SDL Trados 2007 and Multiterm Extract together. You do not require a separate license for Multiterm Extract when you have purchased the CCM Methodology Suite.
However, if you are experiencing problems with activating Multiterm Extract then please follow this knowledge base article:

Thanks for advice on how to handle this. ▲ Collapse | | | Get official support | Jan 30, 2009 |
Hi Pike and all others,
I believe you are elligible for official SDL support on installation issues, so use your profile on TZone to contact them. Perhaps they could help you via remote desktop or VPN. | | | pike Croatie Local time: 10:52 Membre (2004) anglais vers croate + ...
No, actually I am not able to submit a support ticket without purchasing additional support, I can only browse through solution finder and knowledgebase on installation issues, but I cannot find anything that would apply in this case. Trying some links to yahoo user groups now... | |

Then I considered the possibility that a wrong version of Java may have been packed with this build of Multiterm and repeated the procedure, but instead of letting Multiterm installation install jre1.5.0.12 on my PC, I downloaded and installed 1.5.0.10 and then installed ONLY Multiterm (I had to choose a custom install to add Administrative component and Multiterm extract, these don't get installed via default installation), but the result was once again identical.
Could anything else be causing Error #101?
