As you can see, I have del pêche today. Like "Harold is thy name" and "Deliver us from eagles", I always thought the 2nd line was something about "... and misty land". Never was part of the hippy generation ...

I'm not too sure but I guess that what they mean is that the prices will not be subject to any beneficiary merge e.g. provider pay 10 bucks, he charges 10 bucks.
