I am translating an employment contract from French to British English. The tricky expression comes under the "salary" section. Below is the expression as it appears in the whole sentence:
"Le montant exact de la rémunération variable sera déterminé par un système de fixation de prime"
Would "establishing bonuses" be a good translation or is there something more appropriate please? Thanks in advance.
