At MatComputer, we understand how important the accuracy of technical or specialized texts is. That is why our translation process is always supervised by our experienced Project Managers and performed by an expert Translator and Proofreader team who are native speakers of the target language and are also specialized in the trade your project requires.
The recruitment process is very complex - each translator is very carefully tested before working with us, and their references are checked as well.
In addition to our painstaking dedication to translation quality and accuracy, one other aspect we deem vital is the complete
confidentiality of your documents. All material we receive from you will be treated with the utmost responsibility, and total confidentiality can be guaranteed by signing a Confidentiality Agreement prior to starting the translation work.

Also, for each translated project, we are able to create a Translation Memory (TM) which allows us to save you money should your text contain many repetitions or should you later wish to translate a slightly modified version of your text.
B. Quality Assurance
Quality in the rendition of your document is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we have developed a special system to ensure quality control.
All of our translators are native speakers of the Target Language who are also professionals in your needed field of expertise.
After the text is translated, it undergoes proofreading by a second native-speaking specialist. Thus your document is checked for any spelling or typing mistakes, terminological errors, missing sentences, grammar, punctuation, style and register.
Upon request, we can provide an additional service that is called “backtranslation control”. This implies that the translated and proofread text will be “backtranslated” to its source language by a third professional who has no access to your original text.
The “backtranslation” is then confronted with your original text by a second proofreader, who will highlight any differences between the two texts and request the translator to check their translation and make any necessary changes.
The final text and the backtranslated version will both be sent to you, so that you will be able to assess the translation yourself and get back to us with your comments (if any).
C. Proofreading
Should you need this type of service, MatComputer can provide you with an independent and responsible proofreading of a text that you've already had translated.
Our proofreading focuses on the same types of mistakes that were mentioned above: spelling or typing mistakes, terminological errors, missing sentences, grammar, punctuation, style and register.
Also, a short comment from our native and specialist proofreader will be sent to you, clearly assessing the quality of your translated text.
