The diversity of our terroirs in Mendoza is evident. Taking advantage of this feature, Alta Vista’s technical team, based on the aromatic and organoleptic qualities and the vintage’s inner characteristics, combined our different terroirs to create a wine that is superior to all other wines. Our knowledge of vineyard plots and terroir management is essential. Man’s contribution to nature results in balance and harmony. In these 2003 wines, the terroirs at Luján de Cuyo contributed their personality, tannic presence, complexity and acidity, while the terroirs at Valle de Uco contributed their robustness, ripe fruit accent and roundness.
Ageing: 100% of this Malbec wine is aged in small French oak casks during 12 months.

En uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 5º del Estatuto de la Revolución Argentina EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE LEY:
ARTICULO 1º.- Créase el Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados, que funcionará de acuerdo con el régimen de la presente ley.
ARTICULO 2º.- El Instituto tendrá por objeto principal la prestación, por sí o por intermedio de terceros, a los jubilados y pensionados del régimen nacional de previsión y a su grupo familiar primario, de servicios médicos asistenciales destinados al fomento, protección y recuperación de la salud.
ARTICULO 3º.- El Instituto podrá prestar otros servicios destinados a la promoción y asistencia social de los afiliados, tales como subsidios, préstamos con o sin garantía real, vivienda en comodato mediante programas y asistencia financiera de la Secretaría de Estado de Vivienda, asesoramiento y gestoría previsional gratuitos, promoción cultural, proveeduría, recreación, turismo y todo otro servicio que el Directorio establezca.
ARTICULO 4º.- A propuesta del Directorio, el Poder Ejecutivo podrá hacer extensivo el régimen de la presente ley, en las condiciones que fije, a las personas de sesenta o más años de edad o imposibilitadas para trabajar, o que gocen de pensiones graciables, a la vejez o de leyes especiales.
ARTICULO 5º.- La administración del Instituto estará a cargo de un directorio integrado por un presidente, tres directores en representación de los jubilados del régimen nacional de previsión, dos en representación de los cotizantes activos y cinco en representación del Estado nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo.
Para ser presidente o director en representación de los jubilados, es requisito ser jubilado del régimen nacional de previsión.
Los directores en representación de los jubilados y de los cotizantes activos designarán a propuesta, respectivamente, de las asociaciones de jubilados suficientemente representativas de los beneficiarios del régimen nacional de previsión y de las asociaciones profesionales con personería gremial suficientemente representativas de los trabajadores; los representantes del estado, dos a propuesta de la Secretaría de Estado de Seguridad Social y uno a propuesta, respectivamente, de las de Promoción y Asistencia de la Comunidad y Salud Pública y del Instituto Nacional de Obras Sociales.
El presidente y los directores durarán cuatro (4) años en sus funciones, pudiendo ser reelegidos y gozarán de la remuneración que establezca el Presupuesto.

Section 1 — The National Social Services Institute for Retirees and Pensioners is hereby created to operate as a non-governmental legal person under public law, financially and administratively independent, in accordance with the provisions hereof. The Institute is governed by Law No. 18610.
Section 2 — The Institute’s main purpose shall be to provide — by its own or through third parties— retirees and pensioners of the federal social security system and the Integrated Retirement and Pension System and their primary family with health assistance services intended to promote, protect and recover health.
Section 3 – The Institute shall be able to provide other services for members´ social promotion and assistance, such as subsidies, loans secured by collateral or unsecured loans, housing lent for use through financial programs and assistance of the Housing Department of State, free social security advice and management, cultural promotion, supplies, entertainment, tourism and any other service that the Board of Directors may establish.
Section 4 – At the Board of Directors' proposal, the Executive Branch may extend the system hereunder, under the conditions it may establish, to people who are sixty or more years old or who are unable to work, or who are entitled to pensions granted by government based on merit or extraordinary service, for old age or under special laws.
Section 5 – The Institute’s affairs shall be managed by board of directors composed of a chairman on behalf of the Government and twelve (12) directors, four (4) of them on behalf of the beneficiaries, two (2) on behalf of active workers and six (6) on behalf of the Government, all of them appointed by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
The directors representing the beneficiaries shall be appointed as proposed by representative entities and shall be retirees or pensioners of the National Social Security System.
The directors representing active workers shall be appointed as proposed by the Argentine General Labor Confederation. The chairman and the directors shall remain in office for four (4) years, they may be re-elected and shall receive the compensation established in the Budget.
