It is recommended that they be read carefully before the installation of the furnace. Please check your purchase order or a copy of our acknowledgment before starting your installation to see if all materials have been received.

The necessary drawings for installation of this equipment are listed on the front cover of this manual. Before your installation is started, your interested personnel should check these over in detail. If any questions arise, please consult XYZ office.
If, in our terms of sale, the services of a starting engineer are included to supervise and instruct personnel in the start-up and operation of the equipment, it is generally necessary that you first completely position, wire and/or pipe the equipment and perform the required pre-heat. Our sales office or plant can then be advised to supply the engineer as soon as possible to check your installation and supervise the initial start-up. It is of utmost importance that your operating and maintenance personnel be present with our engineer for instructions in the proper operation of the equipment. It is generally not necessary for the engineer to remain during dryout periods.
Although XYZ equipment is designed to incorporate the best materials available, we highly recommend that the necessary spare parts be kept in stock at your plant to insure the minimum of down time.

Falls unsere Verkaufsbedingungen das Service eines Inbetriebnahme-Ingenieurs zur Personalüberwachung und -einweisung beim Anfahren und Betrieb der Ausrüstung einschließen, ist es normalerweise notwendig, dass Sie erst die Ausrüstung vollständig aufstellen, verdrahten und/oder durch Rohre leiten und ordnungsgemäß vorwärmen. Danach können Sie unser Verkaufsbüro oder Betrieb kontaktieren, damit wir den Ingenieur zur Prüfung der Aufstellung und Überwachung des ersten Anfahrens so schnell wie möglich entsenden. Es ist von äußerster Bedeutung, das Ihr Bedienungs- und Wartungspersonal den Anweisungen unseres Ingenieurs für die korrekte Bedienung der Ausrüstung beiwohnt. Es ist normalerweise nicht notwendig, dass der Ingenieur den Prüfungen beiwohnt.
Obwohl XYZ-Ausrüstung unter Einschluss von besten vorhandenen Materialien entworfen wurde, empfehlen wir sehr, die notwendigen Ersatzteile parat auf Lager in Ihrem Betrieb zu halten, um Ausfallzeit auf ein Minimum zu bringen
