Likewise, the sole signature of this AGREEMENT constitutes Confidential Information, not capable of informing third parties of the fact of its subscription or the circumstance of being in a process of delivery and receipt of information with the other Party, and the Parties not being able to inform about the name of the other Party to third parties.
The parties will only use the information for the purposes mentioned herein and in no case, for other purposes.
The parties will only provide the INFORMATION to those of their collaborators who may need it in order to fulfil the purposes mentioned herein.
The INFORMATION is, and will continue to be, the exclusive property of the reporting party.
