My role was to
- provide linguistic and terminology infrastructure to Xerox Language Services and its customers on a global level, in order to increase business opportunities, meet customer requirements and ensure optimisation of resources.
- Train and develop internal staff in linguistic processes and tools.
- Design and develop multilingual terminological databases for the technical and telecommunications domains.
