Abstract
Background: Acute diarrhea is a global health problem, resulting in high morbidity and mortality in children. It has been suggested that enteric pathogen co-infections play an important role in gastroenteritis, but most research efforts have only focused on a small range of species belonging to a few pathogen groups. This study aimed to assess the impact of co-infections with a broad range of enteric pathogens on children aged below five years who suffer from acute diarrhea in southwest China.
Method: A total of1020 subjects (850 diarrhea cases and 170 healthy controls) were selected from four sentinel hospitals in Kunming, Yunnan province, southwest China, from June 2014 to July 2015. Stool specimens were collected to detect five virus (rotavirus group A, RVA; norovirus, NoV; Sapovirus, SaV; astrovirus, As; and adenovirus, Ad), seven bacterial (diarrheagenicEscherichia coli, DEC; non-typhoidalSalmonella, NTS; Shigella spp.; Vibrio cholera; Vibrioparahaemolyticus; Aeromonas spp.; and Plesiomonas spp.), and three protozoan (Cryptosporidium spp., Giardia lamblia, and Blastocystishominis, B. hominis) species using standard microbiologic and molecular methods. Data were analyzed using the partial least square regression technique and chi-square test.

لمحة: الاسهال الحاد هو مشكل صحي عالمي ناتج عن المَراضَة العالية ومعدل الوفيات عند الاطفال. لقد اقترح بأن عدوى المرافقة للاسباب المرضية المعوية تلعب دورًا هام في التهاب المعدة والامعاء لكن معظم مجهودات البحث ركزت فقط على فئة صغيرة من العيّنات رادعة لجموعات قليلة من السبب المرضي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقيّم تاثير العدوى المرافقة مع الأسباب المرضية عند الاطفال تحث خمس سنوات الذين يعانو من اسهال حاد في الجنوب الغربي للصين.
الاسلوب:اِخترنا مجموعة مواضيع 1020 (850 حالات اسهال و 170مرقبات صحّية) من أربع رصد أو الأمراض المعدية
مستشفيات في كيومينق ومقاطعة يانن في جنوب غرب الصين ما بين حزيران 2014 إلى يوليو 2015. جُمعت عينات البراز لكشف الفيروسات (مجموعة الفَيروسَةُالعَجَلِيَّة (A) RVA وفيروس القيء NoV و فيروس صابونيSaV وفيروس أسترو النجمي وفيروس الغُدَّانِيَّة: Ad. وسبع بكتيرات (بكتيريا الاسهال المُورثيةالإشريكيةالقلونيةDEC وبكتيريا السَّلْمونيلَة الغير تيفيّةNTS وبكتيريا الشِّيغِيلَّة سبا وبكتيريا ضَمَّةُ الكُوليرا وبكتيريا الضَّمَّةُ نظيرةُ الحالَّةِ للدَّم وبكتيريا سبا الغازية وبكتيريا سبا القَوْرَبِيَّة) وثلاث عينات متعلق بالأَوَالِي (خَفِيَّةُ الأَبْواغSPP، والجِيارْدِيَّةُاللَّمْبِلِيَّة والمُتَبَرْعِمَةُالكيسِيَّةُ البَشَرِيَّة ) باستخدام معيار دقيق بيولوجي وطرق جزئية. حللت المعطيات باستخدام تقنية الانحدار بطريقة المربّعات الصغيرة جُزئيًا واِختبا خِي مُرَبَّع.

Texte source - arabe إن دراسة مكانة ونوعية اللغة الفرنسية تبقى دائما ذات أهمية في الجزائر، و يرجع سبب ذلك إلى تعددالظوهر اللغوية (سياسة التعريب، ترقية اللغة الأمازيغية، هيمنة اللغة الإنجليزية...) في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال وإلى يومنا هذا بصفة عامة، والظروف والتحديات التي مرت بها اللغة الفرنسية بصفة خاصة، مما أدى بعلماء اللغة إلى تتبع ودراسة مكانة هذه اللغة ومجالات استعمالها في الجزائر باستمرار.
ونهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم اللغة الفرنسية عند طلبة سنة ثانية ماستر كيمياء لجامعة الإخوة منتوري قسنطينة، وهذا عن طريق تحليل لغوي لعشرون مذكرة ماستر قدمت في سنة 2015. كما نهدف أيضا إلى وصف الاستعمالات اللغوية في مجال الكيمياء من خلال إجراء استبيان أخذنا فيه آراء خمسين طالب وطالبة مسجلون في السنة الثانية ماستر كيمياء للموسم الجامعي 2105-2016.
وفي الأخير تحصلنا على مجموعة من النتائج من شأنها أن تكشف لناعن نوعية اللغة الفرنسية المكتوبة عند طلبة سنة ثانية ماستر كيمياء، والتي بدت لنا جيدة نوعا ما، ويرجع سبب ذلك إلى هيمنة تلك اللغة على هذا المجال العلمي، وكثرة استعمالها فيهبشكل واسع.

Traduction - anglais The study of type and importance of French language always still very important in Algeria due to the numerous of linguistic phenomena such as : the policy of arabicization ,the promotion of Tamazight language and the dominance of English language. Since the independence till nowadays generally, the French language specifically faced challenges and circumstances. So the linguists follow and study the importance of this language and the fields of its use continuously in Algeria.
This study aims to evaluate the French language of the second year master students of Chemistry in the Mentouri Brothers University. We analysed linguistically of twenty master research papers in the field of Chemistry through questionnaire of fifty students who were enrolled in academic year: 2015-2016
In the end, we found the results which show for us the type of written French language of the second year master students of Chemistry. It seems to us as good reuslts because of the dominance of this language in the scientific field and its large use in it.
