De fato, apesar da enorme variedade de fontes de informação, opiniões e conteúdos que aparecem on-line e off-line, se não extrairmos todo o benefício dessa diversidade (por exemplo, por carência de estímulos para o fazermos), então seremos apenas geradores do nosso próprio eco. Além disso, uma sociedade com um comportamento empreendedor criativo deficitário está associada a um baixo nível de acesso a novidade. Isto significa: menos riqueza na criação de novo valor. Por outro lado, a ausência de novidade incrementa a incapacidade para que as pessoas resolvam novos problemas, pois a falta de exposição à novidade gera dificuldades na exploração de diferentes perspectivas. Este facto pode ser entendido como uma ameaça à saúde do indivíduo e por conseguinte, é uma ameaça à saúde pública em geral.

In fact, despite the enormous variety of sources of information, views and contents appearing online and offline, if people do not extract the whole benefit of that diversity by lack of stimulus to do it, they will just be generators of their own echo. Furthermore, a society with a low level of creative entrepreneur behavior is associated to less novelty, which means less richness in new creations. This fact may reduce people’s ability to solve new problems by exploring different perspectives, which can be seen as a threat to society, but also for the individual itself.

Texte source - anglais The Spanish economic crisis was caused by high financial exposure to the property sector, resulting in its GDP falling by 0.9% in 2008 and trending negatively since 2009. In response, in 2012, the Spanish Government requested financial assistance from the EFSF for the recapitalisation of its financial institutions. The Eurogroup approved this support and established an 18-month programme by means of an MoU that aimed for Spain to adopt reforms in several fields, including the financial sector and labour market.
Concerns have been raised regarding some of the austerity measures adopted by the Government, as cuts in social, health and educational budgets have led to a worrying increase in family poverty, negatively impacting the realisation of fundamental rights, including the right to education, to healthcare and to housing, amongst others. In this sense, the objective of the present study is to analyse how austerity measures have impacted the realisation of fundamental rights in Spain.
Traduction - espagnol La crisis económica en España fue causada por el alto riesgo financiero del sector inmobiliario, lo que provocó la caída del PIB de 0,9% en 2008, con tendencia negativa desde 2009. En 2012, el gobierno español solicitó asistencia financiera al FEEF para la recapitalización de sus instituciones. El Eurogroupo aprobó esta ayuda y estableció un programa de 18 meses a través de un memorándum de entendimiento, orientado a que España adoptara reformas en diferentes áreas, incluyendo el sector financiero y el mercado de trabajo.
Han suscitado preocupación las medidas de austeridad tomadas por el Gobierno Español, como los recortes a los presupuestos en el ámbito social, educativo y sanitario, que han provocado un aumento considerable de la pobreza familiar y han impactado negativamente en el cumplimento de los derechos humanos fundamentales, como el derecho a la educación, a la asistencia sanitaria y a la vivienda, entre otros. En este sentido, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar cómo las medidas de austeridad han impactado en el cumplimento de los derechos fundamentales en España.
