ARTICLE 1 : CHAMP D’APPLICATION
1.1 Les présentes conditions générales font partie intégrante de tout contrat passé entre la XXXX et une entreprise extérieure et portant sur des prestations
intellectuelles ou matérielles de quelque nature que ce soit à exécuter à l’intérieur de
l’enceinte d’un des sièges administratifs ou industriels de la XXXX en
Belgique, ci-après dénommé « Le site XXXX ».
Elles s’ajoutent aux dispositions du contrat passé entre XXXX et l’entreprise extérieure, ci-après dénommé « le contrat » de ses éventuels avenants et de leurs annexes, étant entendu qu’en cas de contradiction entre plusieurs dispositions, il y aura lieu à application de la disposition la plus favorable aux intérêts de XXXX.
L’adhésion de l’entreprise extérieure aux présentes conditions générales emporte sa renonciation à se prévaloir de ses propres conditions générales, et ce même s'il en est fait mention ou s'il y est renvoyé dans un ou plusieurs des documents contractuels échangés ou signés entre XXXX et l’entreprise extérieure.
1.2 Par « entreprise extérieure » il y a lien d’entendre notamment toute personne physique
ou morale répondant à la définition de l’article 3 § 1er 11° et 16° de la loi du 4 août 1996
relative au bien-être des travailleurs lors de l’exécution de leur travail.

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
1.1 These general conditions form an integral part of any contract entered into between XXXX and an outside company affecting intellectual or material services of whatever nature executed within the confines of one of XXXX’s administrative or industrial locations in Belgium, hereinafter referred to as “the XXXX site”.
These conditions are added to the provisions of the contract between XXXX and the outside company, hereinafter referred to as “the contract”, its amendments and annexes, it being intended that in case of contradiction between several provisions, there will be an application of the provisions most favorable to the interests of XXXX.
Adherence by the outside company to these general conditions includes waiving invoking its own general conditions, even there is mention of them or if they are referred to in one or more contractual documents exchanged or signed between XXXX and the outside company.
1.2 By “outside company” is intended any physical person or corporation corresponding to the definition of article 3 § 1.11 and 16 of the law of 4 August 1996 relative to the well being of workers during the performance of their work.

§ Au début de chaque spirale, découper sur la bande passant au NEC un morceau à l’aide de ciseaux (longueur donnée dans tableau).
§ Dans le cas d’une bande abimée, veiller à prendre un morceau suffisamment grand afin de pouvoir découper dedans le nombre mini d’échantillons demandé.
Nota: éviter de prendre systématiquement une longueur excessive afin de ne pas générer de rebuts trop importants.
Découpe des échantillons:
Dès le prélèvement du morceau de bande sur la spirale, découper les échantillons suivant le mode opératoire ci-dessous:
1 - A l’aide du tableau, déterminer l’outil à utiliser (34mm ou 52,5mm).en fonction de la largeur d’ échantillons.
2 - Vérifier qu’il ne reste plus de bande dans le bac de récupération des échantillons sous la table, sinon jeter les morceaux restants en déchet.
3 - Passer la bande sous l’outil de découpe en veillant à bien la mettre en contact sur la bordure de référence.
4 - Faire dépasser la bande à droite de l’outil et actionner le levier de découpe.
5 - Evacuer la chute restant sur la table dans le fût de déchet correspondant.
6 - Décaler la bande afin de la faire à nouveau dépasser de l’outil et découper un nouvel échantillon.

Cutting the samples:
As soon as the piece of strip is taken from the spiral, cut the samples following the method below :
1 – Using the table, determine the tool to use (34mm or 52.5mm) depending on the length of the samples.
2 – Verify that there is no more strip in the sample recovery bin located under the table. If there is, discard remaining pieces in scrap.
3 – Pass the strip under the cutting tool being sure to place it in contact with the reference border.
4 – Extend the strip beyond the right edge of the tool and activate the cutting lever.
5 – Move the cutting remaining on the table into the corresponding scrap barrel.
6 – Shift the strip forward again beyond the edge of the tool and cut a new sample.
