During the long and rewarding years in the
Automotive industry, I built up extensive experience in the translation of a wide variety of texts, ranging from technical specifications, drawings, quality standards and papers, PPAP sheets, 8D reports, logistics & purchasing standards, etc.
This provided me with invaluable
first-hand knowledge of my main specialization fields, of their peculiar terminology and specific procedures.
This knowledge was also constantly fuelled by the daily contact and collaboration with the leading
car makers’ assembly lines (VW Group, GM Opel, Aston Martin, Bentley Motors, Ferrari, Automobili Lamborghini, Maserati, Fiat, etc.) and by regularly attending dedicated training courses (Logistics, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, HR, etc.), both in-house and at the customer’s plants.
