1. Introduction
The XX series of Gravimetric Dosers is Sysmetric’s solution to raw material dosing for extrusion and injection molding processes. The XX doser reduces material cost, utilizing its high accuracy to lower the amount of expensive additives in the product. The batch weighing nature of the doser offers calibration-free operation and up-to-the-gram accumulation of raw material flowing through the system. The mechanical simplicity of the XX series units, and its practical design, ensures easy maintenance-free operation. The control unit combines automatic adaptive tuning and noise filtering algorithms with the ruggedness, open architecture, and extensibility of an industry-standard PLC.
The XX Series dosing units are divided to 5 models for different capacities:
• XX100 for up to 100Kg/h
• XX400 for up to 400Kg/h
• XX800 for up to 800Kg/h
o XX800YY200 for up to 1000Kg/h
o XX800YY400 for up to 1200Kg/h
The stated capacities refer granulated material with 0.5 Liter/Kg density and may vary with different materials.
Note: all the information on XX800 in this manual refers also the XX800YY200 and the XX800HD400 models, except were stated differently.
1.1. Standard Features
• Works with extruders and injection molding machines.

• Highly accurate gravimetric dosing, utilizing automatic adaptive tuning for each ingredient.
• Specifies percentage for each ingredient.
• Special vibrators controller for high accuracy at high throughputs.
• Single Off-center loadcell maintain high accuracy without frequent calibrations.
• Screw type vertical mixer.
• Color touch-screen display for programming and monitoring system operation.
• OMRON host-link interface support enables integration with standard HMI/SCADA (Human machine interface) software.
• Alarms for system failures and hardware malfunctions.
• Monitors total amount of material for each channel.
• Easy system cleanup when changing jobs.
• Material hoppers, channels and mixer are all made of stainless steel.
• All unit parts are easily replaceable.
• Optional Minoman or Injman PC software for remote system operation and data acquisition.
1.2. Hazards
• The Mixer is driven using substantial torque. Never place your hand in the mixer chamber while power is on. Serious injury could result.
• The main channel valve can slam-closed without warning. It will injure you’re fingers.
• The power and the control cabinets contain high voltage electricity. The key to these cabinets should be in the possession of service personnel only.
1.3. Safety Features
The service door is equipped with a safety interlock switch that prevents the mixer motor from running when the door is opened. Do not attempt to defeat this switch.

1. Introduction
La série XX de Doseurs Gravimétriques est la solution de Sysmetric au dosage en matières brutes pour des procédés de moulages par extrusion et par injection. Les doseurs XX réduisent les coûts de production, grâce à leur grande précision. Ce qui permet de réduire la quantité d’additifs coûteux. L’utilisation du doseur pondéral offre un fonctionnement sans étalonnage et une accumulation au gramme prêt des matières brutes circulant dans le système. La simplicité mécanique des unités de la série XX, et la conception pratique de ces dernières assurent un fonctionnement fiable sans maintenance. Les unités de contrôle combinent un réglage adaptatif automatique et des algorithmes robustes de filtrage du bruit, une architecture ouverte, et l’extensibilité d’un standard industriel PLC.
Les unités de dosage de la série CD sont divisées en 5 modèles de différentes capacités :
• XX100 pour des charges allant jusqu’à 100kg/h
• XX400 pour des charges allant jusqu’à 400kg/h
• XX800 pour des charges allant jusqu’à 800kg/h
o XX800HD200 pour des charges allant jusqu’à 1000kg/h
o XX800HD400 pour des charges allant jusqu’à 1200kg/h
Les capacités données se rapportent à des produits granulés avec une densité de 0.5 l/kg et peuvent varier selon la nature du produit.
Remarque: Toutes les informations sur la série XX800 dans se manuel se rapportent aussi aux modèles XX800YY200 et XX800YY400, sauf si le contraire est clairement mentionné.

• Spécification du pourcentage de chaque ingrédient.
• Spécification du contrôleur de vibrateurs pour une grande précision à haut débit.
• Cellule de charge unique, décentrée à haute précision ne nécessitant pas d’étalonnages fréquents.
• Mélangeur vertical à vis
• Afficheur à écran couleur tactile pour le système d’exploitation de programmation et de surveillance
• Supporte l’interface de liaison hôte OMRON ce qui permet l’intégration avec le logiciel standard HMI/SCADA (Interface homme machine).
• Alarmes de défaillances du système et de disfonctionnement des équipements.
• Surveillance de la quantité totale de produit pour chaque canal.
• Nettoyage facile du système lors du changement de tâche.
• Les canaux et les produits de la trémie de chargement, sont tous fait d’acier inoxydable.
• Les composant de l’unité sont tous remplaçables.
• Logiciel Minoman or Injman pour l’exploitation à distance du système et l’acquisition des données.
1.2. Risques
• Le mélangeur est commandé en utilisant un moment assez important. Ainsi ne placez jamais votre main dans la chambre du mélangeur lorsque ce dernier est alimenté. Une blessure grave pourrait en résulter.
• La valve du canal principal peut se fermer brutalement sans avertissement ce qui pourrait blesser vos doigts.
• Les armoires d’alimentation et de contrôle véhiculent les hautes tensions. Les clés de ces armoires doivent être en possession des hommes de service seulement.
1.3. Caractéristiques de sécurité
La porte de service est équipée avec un interrupteur d’interverouillage qui empêche le moteur du mélangeur de fonctionner pendant que la porte est ouverte. N’essayez pas de défaire ce mécanisme.

Thus we began with a theoretical approach giving the variations of resistances and inductances versus the frequency. The job consists in Monitoring the allocated network nodes effectively and promptly reacts to all network-related faults. This includes the creation of trouble tickets and the carrying out of the relevant loop tests in adherence to procedures. Furthermore this job is done in Shift Work (2days/2nights/4 days off).
Main responsibilities:

- Assume responsibility for correctly forwarding trouble tickets to Radio Engineers, Operations and Maintenance Centre (OMC) personnel and High Level Support (HLS). Follow up on these trouble tickets and ensure a speedy response.
- Report to the NMC Coordinator on duty and escalate serious and long outstanding faults for his attention.
- Monitor the transmission network for overall efficiency and trouble spots using NMC Transmission tools as Mini Link Manager (Ericsson), New NMS (Nera), Go Global UX (Alcatel) and Net Viewer (Siemens), and diagnose the problem’s source.
- Ensure that rent LL faults are correctly diagnosed and escalated to support staff /supplier. And do relevant loop tests if necessary to locate the problem.
- Ensure that the TX and RX power values are set according to the LBC.
- Act as interface and provide NMC refs to Contractors, Field Engineers, OMC Engineers and other departments for planned work and access to sites and switches
- Perform NMC duties as instructed by NMC Co-ordinator, e.g., correlation of outages, adjustment of availability parameters, follow-up and clearing of specific network faults.
- Provide ideas and feedback on software tools, procedures and improvements to NMC functionality. Any extra duties as given from time to time by the NMC coordinator and NMC Manager.
