1. Introduction
1.1 As part of the Agreement concluded between the Client and the Consultant, the Consultant shall second employees to the Client to support the Client in construction management and commissioning activities.
1.2 The Construction functions to be performed by such Seconded Employees shall be at the sole discretion of the Client, in accordance with the requirements of the Client deemed necessary to execute the construction of the plant at Kassinga North and South and Sacomar Port.
1.3 The Seconded Employees as aforesaid shall be seconded to the Client in accordance with Clause 8 of the Agreement and the provisions of this Appendix.

1.4. The Consultant shall second such Seconded Employees subject to availability, from his own or outsourced pool of staff in support of the Client construction management.

Aufbewahrungstasche verwenden
Mit der Aufbewahrungstasche (5) können Sie Ihr Abspielgerät sicher verstauen, die Kabellänge des Ohrhörers (1) Ihren Bedürfnissen anpassen und bei Nichtgebrauch die Ohrhörer geschützt darin aufbewahren.
Öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss der Aufbewahrungstasche (5) und führen Sie den Klinkenstecker von außen durch die Öse der Aufbewahrungstasche (5).
Befestigen Sie Ihr Abspielgerät mit den Haltegummis in der Aufbewahrungstasche (5) und schließen Sie den Ohrhörer (1) mittels Klinkenstecker an.
Verstauen Sie das überflüssige Kabel im Aufbewahrungsnetz der Aufbewahrungstasche (5).
Ohrhörer anschließen
Der Ohrhörer (1) ist mit einem 3,5 mm Klinkenstecker ausgestattet. Viele Geräte der Unterhaltungselektronik sind mit einer entsprechenden Kopfhörerbuchse versehen. Falls Ihr Audiogerät einen anderen Anschluss für einen Kopfhörer vorgesehen hat, verwenden Sie ggf. einen passenden Adapter (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Reinigen Sie den Ohrhörer (1) und die Aufbewahrungstasche (5) mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch.
Lagern Sie den Ohrhörer (1) in der Aufbewahrungstasche (5) an einem trockenen und staubfreien Ort.

Penas acessórias aplicáveis aos crimes tributários
São aplicáveis, cumulativamente, aos agentes dos crimes tributários as seguintes penas acessórias:
a) Interdição temporária do exercício de certas actividades ou profissões;
b) Privação do direito a receber subsídios ou subvenções concedidos por entidades ou serviços públicos;
c) Perda de benefícios fiscais concedidos, ainda que de forma automática, franquias aduaneiras e benefícios concedidos pela administração da segurança social ou inibição de os obter;
d) Privação temporária do direito de participar em feiras, mercados, leilões ou arrematações e concursos de obras públicas, de fornecimento de bens ou serviços e de concessão, promovidos por entidades ou serviços públicos ou por instituições particulares de solidariedade social comparticipadas pelo orçamento da segurança social;
e) Encerramento de estabelecimento ou de depósito;
f) Cassação de licenças ou concessões e suspensão de autorizações;
g) Publicação da sentença condenatória a expensas do agente da infracção;
h) Dissolução da pessoa colectiva;
i) Perda de mercadorias, meios de transporte e outros instrumentos do crime

Ancillary penalties applicable to tax crimes
The following ancillary penalties shall be cumulatively applicable to tax criminals:

I took a degre in Languages, a Post-graduation in Translation and a Post-Graduation in Linguistics.
Later I took a degree in law and then a masters in law.
My main specialization is the translation of legal contracts, legislation and other legal documents. I've been working for the Portuguese Ministry of Finance since November, 2000 as a tax technician, a linguist and translator, where my main task is to translate all OECD reports and models into Portuguese. Also, I'm in charge of the translation of the treaties that Portugal ratifies.
Besides that, as a freelance translator, my experience covers a wide scope of subjects, including websites, marketing materials, user manuals and software.
