Texte source - anglais The Employer, as defined in the Prequalification Data, intends using the proceeds of a
loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), to
finance contract(s) for which this Invitation for Prequalification is issued. Payments
by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Employer and upon approval by
the Bank and will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Loan
Agreement. The proceeds of the Bank’s loan will not be used for payments to persons
or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a
decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the
Charter of the United Nations.
1.2 The Employer intends prequalifying firms and joint ventures to tender for the
contract(s) outlined in the Prequalification Data.
1.3 The tendering schedule is outlined in the Prequalification Data.
1.4 General information on the location, scope and duration of the contract and other
relevant data is attached as Volume II. The tender documents will be modelled on the
Bank's Standard Tender Documents. The type of contract to be used is specified in
the Prequalification Data.
2. Eligibility and qualification criteria
2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.1, prequalification is open to firms and joint ventures from any
country or countries, unless specified otherwise in the Prequalification Data.
2.2 Prequalification will be based on the applicant meeting the minimum pass/fail criteria
regarding the applicant's general and particular experience, personnel and equipment
capabilities, and financial position, specified in the Prequalification Data, as
demonstrated by the applicant's responses in the forms attached to the Letter of
Application and other requested documentation. Specific requirements for joint
ventures are also set forth in the Prequalification Data. The Employer reserves the
right to waive minor deviations from the criteria, if they do not materially affect the
capability of an applicant to perform the contract.
2.3 When the applicant intends obtaining highly specialised inputs (essential for
execution of the contract) from specialised subcontractors, application forms shall be
completed for such subcontractors and their inputs.
2.4 No affiliate of the Employer shall be eligible to tender or participate in a tender in any
capacity whatsoever, unless it can be demonstrated that there is not a significant
degree of common ownership, influence or control between the Employer and the
affiliate.
Traduction - bulgare 1.1 Работодателя, както е дефиниран в Предквалификационния бюлетин, възнамерява да използва средствата от един заем от Европейската банка за Възстановяване и развитие(Банката), с цел финансирането на договор/и/ за които тази покана за Предквалификация се издава. Плащания от страна на Банката ще бъдат извършвани само при заявка от Работодателя и при одобрение от страна на Банката и ще подлежат във всяко отношение на Условията на Договора за Заем. Средствата от Банковия заем няма да се използват за заплащания на лица или фирми или за какъвто и да е внос на стоки, ако такова плащане е забранено от решение на Съвета за Сигурност на ООН взето в съответствие с Глава 7 от Хартата на Обединените нации.
1.2 Работодателя възнамерява предквалифицирани фирми и Събирателни дружества да бъдат поканени на Търг с цел възлагане на договора(договорите) описан(и) в Предквалификационният Бюлетин.
1.3 Тръжната процедура е описана в Предквалификационния бюлетин.
1.4 Обща информация относно местонахождението, размера и продължителността на договора, както и друга важна информация са прикрепени като Глава II . Тръжните документи ще бъдат изготвени съгласно Банковите стандартни Документи за търг. Вида на Договора е специфициран в Предквалификационната информация.
2. Критерии за участие и класиране:
2.1 Съгласно Параграф 1.1, предквалификациите се достъпни за фирми и Събирателни дружества от всички страни, освен ако не е уточнено иначе в Предквалификационната информация.
2.2 Предквалификацията ще се базира на това дали кандидата е отговорил на минималните условия за класиране/отпадане, като ще се взима под внимание общия и конкретен опит на кандидата, способностите на персонала и техниката му, и финансовото му положение, описано в предквалификационните данни, както и демонстрирано посредством отговорите на кандидата във формулярите прикачени към формата за кандидатстване, и другата изисквана документация. Специфични изисквания към Събирателните д-ва са също упоменати в Предквалификационния формуляр. Работодателя си запазва правото да отсява незначителни отклонения от критериите, ако те не засягат материално способността на кандидата да извърши договора.
2.3 В случаите когато кандидатите се нуждаят от строго специализирана информация (важна за изпълнението на договора им) от специализирани подизпълнители, съответните формуляри за тази цел трябва да бъдат попълвани за такива подизпълнители и информацията предоставяна от тях.
2.4 Родствени на Работодателя фирми нямат право да спечелват договор или изобщо да участват в спечелването без значение от функцията им, освен ако не докажат, че няма значителен дял обща собственост, зависимост или контрол между работодателят и родствената фирма.

I have graduated in the French Lyceum of Stara Zagora/Bulgaria/ with "A" levels. Studied linguistics/French-English/ in the Universities of 'St.Clement Ohridski'/Sofia/ and 'St.St. Cyrille and Methodius'/V.Tarnovo/. I participated in many linguistical tournaments and tests /1988-Republican Interschool litterature tournament; 1993- French linguistics international tournament; 1998- University of Nice(France)admission linguistics test; 2000- Best result in French Entry level language test in University of V.Tarnovo/ etc. .
I have spent 2 years in Paris/France/ and 8 years in London/UK/(I am also British citizen) working as interpreter and translator.
