you can translate this in many different ways.
"objet" in English may be translated as "the subject of" something i.e. (literally) .... will not be the subject of any advertising use BUT you can turn this round, for example, as above.

'Initiative' is a word which seems to me to be closer to 'exploitation' than 'purposes' and also sound slightly more elegant in English
