Much depends upon the context. They may concentrate on high volume accounts within the commercial sector (eg refurbishment of hotels, corporate accounts), or on high networth/affluent individuals (eg wealthy clients with projects in their fine town residences, country homes, châteaux etc). I suspect 'the top end of the market' would be more appropriate, and would cover all bases. If you find this terminology a little tasteless then you could perhaps replace it with something along the lines of 'prestigious accounts' or 'luxury'.
