There are lots of possibilities, but here's a couple.

Identification and analysis of media impact
Je pense que recording ne doit pas être traduit littéralement ici, il s'agit semble-t-il plutôt d'identifier les effets d'une campagne média puis de les analyser.

Recording and classifying media coverage
A task I had to do myself in the past! :-)

Recording and classing the Media fallout.
Retombéees média->media fallout
"Classing" flows better in such a short sentence than classification.
Recording pour "Enregistrement"
In my opinion, the provided translation is quite close to it's French counterpart.
Just repeating myself because I first entered my definite answer as a discussion entry.

@Marine, if this is for your English resume, the shorter the sentence the better. Good luck if you are looking for a job.

: No, fallout is negative, so unless something bad has happened, this is wrong.

Let's keep it short and simple.

Discussion
Well, I've just looked at a couple of dictionaries and it's used for "adverse" effects
However, I did find one article where it is used positively but the headline was "the POSITIVE fallout of Coronvirus" |my uppercase]
Can you give us any references please where it is clearly used positively and without an adjective like "positive"?
Regards
Isn't "fallout" negative while the French source text is generally positive

If you agree with this, should we consider "buzz" or "hype"?
