Duplicated KudoZ discussion entries (Staff: checking...)

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I've done a search and can't find anything relevant.

Often, I post a discussion entry and it appears twice, so I have to delete one. I used to think this was a problem with my computer, but I've noticed that other people's discussion entries are sometimes duplicated. Is this a bug with the website?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Could you point out some examples of this? Does it happen every time you try to post a discussion entry or only occasionally? It sounds like the entries are being submitted twice. In any case, I will be able to look into this further if you supply some examples. I'm still having problems with discussion entries appearing twice, and I can see that other people are too.
