Traduction - anglais The Human Machine Interface, or HMI, links the automated process to the user's specific needs. This refines the automated processes and increases the functionality requirements of the machines and equipment.
The "FSA" HMI, based on a touch-screen design, was therefore developed to meet these requirements while also offering the operator superior user-friendliness, complete control over the process, and a great wealth of information.
1.1.1 DEFINITION OF A POST:
A post is a mechanical entity composed mainly of actuators. The sequence of motions of these actuators produces the desired series of technological operations on the product.
1.1.2 DEFINITION OF A STATION:
A station is an automated entity that serves as a base to the structure of the automaton and HMI programs.
Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic plans thus refer to posts, while automaton programs refer to stations (see cross-reference table).
1.1.3 DEFINITION OF A CELL:
A cell is a mechanical entity that contains one or more stations. Each cell has its own Human Machine Interface. The management of operating modes is thus separate and comprehensive for all stations belonging to the cell.
1.1.4 DEFINITION OF AN ISLAND:
An island is an automated entity made up of a group of cells. It allows a physical area to be defined for management by one CPU of an automaton. Thus, all the cells belonging to the same island are managed by the same automaton.
1.1.5 DEFINITION OF A DRY RUN:
A dry run is an operating mode, chosen by the operator, that consists of running the working cycles without a product.
This operating mode is frequently used during testing and burn-in.

Bio
If you want to offer English-speaking audiences an experience that feels original and tailored just for them—in a book or training course, on a website, at a conference—I'm your person.
‣ Professional translator from French > English (US) since 2004 ‣ Specializing in food, fragrance, floristry, and sustainable living ‣ Master's in Translation and Interpreting from MIIS, ATA Certified translator ‣ French<>English conference interpreter
I've studied perfumery with Cinquième Sens in Paris, flavors with ISIPCA, culinary skills with Rouxbe, and mushroom cultivation with Milkwood. I'm also a farmer-florist and urban homesteader who keeps up with the latest regenerative, permaculture-based methods—so I have hands-on expertise in organic farming and sustainable living.
Sample past projects include press kits for new perfume releases, cookbooks by well-known chefs and major brands, training courses for international cosmetics companies, the website for a chain of climbing gyms moving into the US market, and in-house magazines for a premium tea brand.
As a conference interpreter, I facilitate communication between French and English for the US Department of State and a variety of private clients at conferences, meetings, and trainings worldwide and remotely (on platforms including Interprefy, KUDO, Zoom, Webex, and ZipDX).
