Hi everyone!
I am an Interpreter & Translator from Mexico. I will be in Vienna for a Conference in July and would love the opportunity to meet with you, talk about how we can work together and anything you want! Can we change the date to July12th? at around 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm
Can we hold the meeting in English please?

I will be in Vienna until the 13th of July, that is why I cannot have the powwow after the 12th. There will be another powwow in August, don´t worry!

I´ve never been to Vienna, so... you are the experts.. I will be working in the area close to the Opera, close to U-Bahn Station Karlsplatz, any suggestions about a place close by?

close to the Karlsplatz is the technical university (TU),
so we could meet there at the ground floor

Someone who lives in Vienna and she suggested a place called COFFEE DAY, located across from Albertina Museum, they say it is a nice place to have some somethink to drink and chat. Any thoughts?

Hey everybody, I've never been to Coffee Day, but since it's right in the middle of downtown, it might be a tourist trap We could go to Wiedner Bräu, which is a nice place with an outdoor dining area (and its own brewery) and it's close to the Technical University. Address: Waaggasse 5, 1040 Vienna.

what time is the Powwow going to take place? Afternoon, evening?

I'm assuming late afternoon/evening-ish, because the organizer is will be at conference in the morning/early afternoon.
Dagmar, do you know if reservations are necessary at Wiedner Bräu?

I would say that around 6:30-7 pm, is this a good time for everyone?

I have not heard from most of you about the time. I am actually going to be available at about 5 pm. If everyone can agree on what would be a good time and we can at Wiedner Bräu. I think it will be a good experience, we can talk and get to know each other and learn about the working conditions and share the practices that help us get better jobs, etc.
