I'm directing this question at hard-core French officialdom acronym geeks. You know who you are. I realise I could just leave this in the translation. If you don't have the acronym habit that's probably a good thing.
"Urbanisme
Il résulte de la documentation du PLU de NANTES METROPOLE intégrée en Dataroom, que l’Immeuble :
Est en zone EUI du PLU de NANTES METROPOLE ;
Est en zone d’assainissement collectif existant ;
Est en zone de bruit de catégorie ;
..."
NB for once I haven't disguised the geography: this really is about Nantes.
I've done a bit of searching and there's a couple of elusive "zone EUI"s which came up... also suggestions that I might be searching for "zone UI" (the meaning of which I also failed to find).

industry wastewater
EUI --> "eaux usées industrielles" --> wastewater from industry
A bit of a long shot, but
1. it does get some hits related to town planning;
2. the list in your document seems to mention areas whose environment has been negatively affected (soil reclamation areas, noisy areas).

Note from asker:
Thanks. Ingenious, but I don't *think* this is right in this case. I am going to query this acronym with the client (I now believe, as per discussion, that it should be "zone UEi du PLU"). I like the idea that under a planning scheme there is an area set aside for wastewater to accumulate: usually you would instead want to find a way to get rid of it or treat it (just joking). |

Discussion
The link below contains what seems to be an exhaustive list of Metropolitan Nantes zones and dates back to 2019. The target zones, UI and EUI are nowhere to be found however.

UEi (explained on page 5) appears to be a type of zone rather than a specific geographical area. There is no mention of EUI or UI as far as I can see, but you will find UM, UE and US. Maybe the abbreviations they use have changed in recent years?

PLU is "plan local d'urbanisme", by the way.
