In legal document in the folowing phrase:
Le retrait de la licence XXXX en cours d'execution de l'Avenant, dans l'hypothese ou ce retrait n'est pas du au client, sera considere comme un cas de force majeure.

This would remain the same in English. You sometimes see it translated as Act of God but it is commonly understood in legal documentation and should be left as Force majeure (in UK English anyhow)
