Opinion poll (with employee complaints). They work for a store that sells IT stuff, Cellphones etc. There is also an online store.

ca serait tres efficace si les systeme *SAR* et RSS pouvais marcher en tout temps car presentement ca fonctionne presque jamais et c est toujours la meme chose un ticket number.

Hi Phil The question "Please tell us what you like about your workplace experience" was asked to Canadians and they could choose to answer in English or in French. It is possible that "ça" was preceded by "Il faudrait améliorer le système informatique de l'entreprise" (I'm not sure if both answers are from the same person).

Hi Andreas Thanks for your suggestion! The document I have is typed, but it's possible that the typist didn't copy the acronym correctly.

See the links. I actually used the latter to look up the acronym, and the former is a link to the term "network access control". It sounds like it's apropos for IT.
