partie administrative

traduction français vers anglais [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Ressources humaines / employment contract
Terme ou expression en français : partie administrative
This appears in an employment contract I am translating. I am translating three employment contracts - one fixed-term full-time, one indefinite "forfait jours", and one indefinite full time. This appears once in the indefinite "forfait jours" contract, and nowhere else in any of them. Although I obviously know the meaning of the words, I am having trouble parsing it in this instance.

It has to do with compensation. Here is the context:

I appreciate any help. Thank you!!

to include official/administrative costs

Explication :
There are some costs that this employee incurs, and the salary takes these costs into account. It looks like these are fees payable to some kind of administrative body (governmental/State body?) that need to be paid in order for the person to carry out their job.

I'm far from sure about this, though.

Demandeur : @Thomas: It's a consulting firm, I believe, and at one point the contract states that they are doing away with "bureaux attirés" entirely, so I don't know if it is COVID-related or not?

Neutre  Thomas Miles: I would just point out that the state, at least in France, never imposed any sort of fees for working from home during the COVID-19 crisis, which is what I assume this novel clause is designed to cover.

Explication :
Unless the job obviously has some administrative component to it alongside another component, I think your expression makes better sense if moved next to 'frais'.

If, for example, they were (let us hypothesise!) a kitesurfing trainer which involved 4 hours a week of paperwork, then my suggestion would be different:

'...for the administrative aspects of the role'.

French domestic waste and housing taxes

Explication :
Hello

I wouldn't be surprised if this is what is actually meant as both these taxes have to be paid to the municipality by the occupant, even if the accommodation is owned by someone else - the company in this case -.
So this suggestion serves to translate and explain in one go what is meant but is there enough evidence to support it for the asker?

I'd stay quite close to the original, based on the ref. given earlier in Dbox by Emmanuella

l’indemnité destinée à compenser au salarié
the fee/amount/sum intended to compensate the employee for

les frais engendrés pour l’occupation
(any) costs/expenses engendered by/arising from the performance/carrying out of

any administrative part/aspect of their work/job from their (own) residence
