: it looks like a good solution to me, gastronomy includes wine and food. Usually you can taste some "terroir" products while tasting wine (cheese, pâté, ham)

gustative could refer to tasting wine or food, but as it's through the "vignobles" I'm guessing that this is just about wine (as opposed to the "séances gourmandes," which I imagine are more sumptuous food & drink affairs.)
balade can be on foot or in a car (or on a bike...), as long as it's a leisurely sort of ramble. Promenade seems like a fun, leisurely expression in keeping with the tone.
