water metering
I'm looking for help with a troublesome phrase taken from a spreadsheet. The document is about water metering and I need to make sure I understand exactly what is meant by:
Ratios et comparaison
indicateurs métier
This appears under the heading 'Analyse des consommations' so it is obviously to do with analyzing the consumption rate but I am not sure of how to put 'ratios et comparaison indicateurs' in English.
Does it simply mean something like: 'professional consumption data analysis' - or 'professional analysis of consumption data'? Or is it some sort of specific accounting term?

ratios and comparison with trade indicators
I think they just mean comparison with general consumption rates for the trade.

: Yep, I think F2E has put the 'split' in the wrong place; its "r & c" + [of,with, using, whatever] + "sector indicators" (sector would be my preference here I think, but that isn't the question!)

I would have simply said: "ratios and comparative indicators"!
