: it only says that fees are related to the performance, NOT that the performance is somehow automatically above average // that's how they like to present themselves, but there's no guarantee whatsoever that it will be the case!

: Performance fees = commission de rendement; surperformance = performance/rendement supérieur à la normale. Depuis quand un fonds d'investissement peut-il garantir - par définition!!!!! - une "surperformance"??? Lisez-vous parfois vos traductions??????

: Je dirais même toujours utile. Excellente source qui devrait permettre à Pierre de trouver le même document pour l'ICAV en question (si ce n'est ce qu'il traduit déjà!), ce qui permettrait de clarifier certaines choses.

Qui plus est, selon la référence fournie par Françoise, "Class" se définit comme une catégorie d'actions participatives ou d'actions de gestionnaire. C'est ce qui fait que "Class of one or more Funds" doit être lu comme "catégorie d'actions d'un ou plusieurs fonds".

Si je comprends bien les définitions, l'ICAV émet (outre des Management shares), diverses catégories d'actions participantes possédant chacune certaines caractéristiques et, pour chacune de ces catégories d'actions, des séries d'actions participantes qui possèdent d'autres caractéristiques...!!! Gardez courage! et prenez des pauses régulières!
