In Canada "contrôle judiciaire" corresponds to "judicial review". But I am not sure it would be appropriate to use this expression here.

Did we not have a kudoz not too long ago about this electronic surveillance procedure, if I remember correctly someone had found a EU bilingual reference with the needed terminology.

Asker: Thank you, Dear Michele, I saw this in GDT, but it cannot work here since the field in GDT is Finance. Nevertheless I found judicial supervision/ court supervised-release somewhere else, but I still would have liked to find out more about the whole phrasing of the terms.
