| Reference Reference information: In Canada "contrôle judiciaire" corresponds to "judicial review". But I am not sure it would be appropriate to use this expression here. Did we not have a kudoz not too long ago about this electronic surveillance procedure, if I remember correctly someone had found a EU bilingual reference with the needed terminology. |
