French term or phrase: RAC moyennement serré avec une surface par continuité à 1,1 cm2 pour un DSA à 23
I think that RAC may be rétrécissement aortique calcifié and DSA may be défibrillateur semi-automatique, but need confirmation for both. I am also unsure of how to word the whole sentence. Any suggestions/clarifications would be greatly appreciated.

Explanation:
moderately severe calcified aortic stenosis with a surface area using the continuty equation of 1.1 cm2

Not sure what DSA is - I was thinking "défaut de septum auriculaire" but perhaps not if he's 74!

It's a surface area because it's expressed as "cm2/m2 de sc" = adjusted for body surface area.

OK got it.
DSA is diamétre sous-aortique, but what is "indexée" is the aortic valve surface area - so it's 1.1 cm2 by the continuity equation and 0,55 cm2/m2 indexed to body surface area

So the full sentence is:
moderately severe calcified aortic stenosis with a valve surface area by continuty equation of 1.1 square cm for a subaortic diameter of 23 mm, and 0,55 square cm/square meter when indexed to body surface area

Note that a "sténose serrée" is severe - not moderate

moderately stenosed calcified aorta with a surface area of 1.1cm2 at 23mm

Explanation:
The surface area at 23mm below the opening is 1.1cm2 ( I am assuming that in writing 1,1cm2 you mean squared. If this is in actual fact 1.1cmx2 then we are talking about the circumference at 23mm below the opening. The formula for the circumference is piexrx2.
