Autre question: que se passe t-il si je m'inscris et ne peux pas assister le moment venu?

Hello Cynthia,

You are right, the offer you have purchased includes a training credit which can be redeemed towards this session. Please follow the instructions suggested at http://www.proz.com/faq/132085#132085

The session will not be recorded and if you do not attend a SDL Trados session no refund will be offered, http://www.proz.com/faq/5002#5002 :

No refunds will be granted 24 hours before, during or after the training session takes place. Should the delegate not attend a booked, or transferred, course then the full amount of the advertised course fee will be charged.
