I attended this webinar and I can tell you, the materials are available in advance. You can read the manual and use the sample files before the training.
As far as I know there are several choices regarding the time, so that anyone in any time zone can find a course that matches personal schedule.
Eg. November 2nd there is one at 20:00 your timezone. Then, November 16th there is one at 18:00. Both in English.
You can check the courses in the Education section.
(I am just a regular user who took the course yesterday, hope I helped you though)
