Since 2002, I have lived in Italy (Venice, then Milan), where I founded and developed my freelance translator business, CPTrad’ (www.cptrad.eu).

Before 2002, I worked as a Business Information Specialist for multinationals, such as Pechiney (actually Rio Tinto Alcan), Rothschild & Cie Banque and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young; English was my working language in those positions.

Collaborating with top managers, consultants in Merger & Acquisition and analysts helped me to better understand the company’s challenges, expand my economic and financial culture and improve my responsiveness.

My settling in Italy gave me the opportunity to combine my passion for languages and cross-cultural communication to the skills and knowledge I acquired during my work with multinationals.

Professional meticulousness, a customer service sensibility and intellectual curiosity are hallmarks of my day-to-day approach to business.

My mission is to find the perfect shade of meaning for my foreign customers’ message so a French-speaking audience can understand it.
